I know that my mother's trustee is not acting in her best interest legally and morally-And has put mothers health and safety at risk. Advice?

by knowing that her caregiver was not physically and mentally in a position
to CARE FOR HERSELF -Let alone my 94 year old mother!
The trustee had written undeniable proof from this caregivers OWN
SISTER - Phone texts to myself expressing her great concern for her sister-Stating that " what my sister is doing and how she is looking is not
healthy, "- the sister mentions erractic irresponsible and alarming. behavior etc. Trustee also has me on this phone transcript saying that I want this caregiver to take care of herself and my 94 year old mother safety and correctly. Even after this proof in a written phone conversation and many visits from Elder Services
expeessing their concern for my mother and her safety. The trustee
REFUSED to let me as mothers health. Care proxy and only biological child fire this caregiver stating that it is imperative that she continue to handle and care for my mom. And he forbid from terminating her- knowing that my mother was in serious danger!
This is a breach of his fiduciary duty.
There is also solid proof of misappropriation of funds- Example-
He paid for 2 lawyers and 1 Private Investigator- who were hired by his clients own son to try to prove that mother was “CRAZY “ and that I was coercing mom etc-
What can I do as mothers only biological child, best friend and Advocate to help my mother , get her out of this harmful and dangerous situation. And to get Justice for my mother. In closing I also have my own trustee for my trust set up by my father before he passed away (He had to fire my brother , his adopted son after evidence came out that his son was stealing and “screwing “ his adoptive parents for decades. He fired my brother as his, mother’s and my trustee but didn’t press charges against his son because mother begged him not to. My current trustee is quite aware that she is being terminated in the near future and knew that i don't have any means of paying an elderlaw attorney. So at this point this trustee knows he can continue to commit Elder Abuse as well as Financial Elder Abuse to my mother and to more elderly clients in the future. Mother’s must be stopped and help accountable so he will not continue to commit these
Unconsciousable crimes to many more vulnerable and unsuspecting clients.
