Theres no mistreatment. She has had him for a week and threatens restraining order if I try n get him. I'm not sure why she is doing this i talk to law enforcement but they said wait till Monday to talk to to peraon i take care of coordinator. What can I do
If a hired aide, then she sort of kidnapped him. Have you called the brother telling him that he has been taken? Not sure what rights u would have but the mans brother should be able to do something.
