My dad, for past 2 years, has asked me to fix everything. They put him in a bubble when he gets away from me. They’ve tried 4 times for restraining orders. All have been denied. My dad personally went up and stopped them. My sister keeps applying. So now my sister has my mom go to court to attempt restraining orders. My sister gave 3x5 cards to my mom at court. To say what sibling wants here to say. Of course it got denied!
So, for now you are stepping on your siblings toes. They have POA and as such Dad should be relying on them. Not that you can't help, but you don't have any authority.
You can maybe see a Lawyer and see if there is something you can do to stop the restraining orders. Talk to the clerk where the restraining orders are filed and see what you need to do to get a court order to have ur siblings cease and desist from filing them.
If your Dad is still competent then the POA is not in effect. He can decide how to spend his money. I may tell him that he needs to have your siblings do what ever needs to be done because unless he gives u POA you will not be doing because you can't keep dealing with them.
Acquiring a restraining order is not easy. You must provide sufficient evidence.
My daughter had to get a restraining order against her college boyfriend. She had a great attorney and she provided enough proof to successfully get a restraining order.
