I'm feeling so stressed that I forget things, like I never have before. My sleep is good, cuz I use a little valerian. But feel foggy some days, & have low motivation. Not sure what supplements might help me with this daytime "fogginess," (but not cause nervousness). Thanks for sharing. ✌🌸
