Medicaid does NOT pay a person. Medicaid pays vendors for services provide to an individual who is on one of Medicaids many programs.

Why are thinking that Medicaid is going to be paying you?

If you are talking about Medical bills, thats between Medicaid and the provider. The provider should not be harassing you for payment. Its the providers job to deal with Medicaid for payment. My nephew is on Medicaid and he has never had problems with his providers concerning payment. If bill payments are not the problem, then you need to give us more info.

A facility knows the whole Medicaid process so I am sure they are used to waiting. Why would you need a payday loan for this? Wouldn't any funds go directly to the facility?

Any loans are very very expensive in terms of interest and especially payday loans.
If you are not making it and not able to set aside savings then I am afraid there needs to be another plan of attack.
Who exactly here is getting Medicaid?
Are you getting it, or are you getting paid through Medicaid to provide care?
