all the sites I have seen don't list prices

dkmczfs, prices can vary throughout the year, example if the place has vacancies, they may give a discount in order to get those rooms filled. Winters are slow months.

Plus, you need to find out if the rent is just for rent only or does it include benefits? Let's say an apartment is $5k per month but no benefits. Add in the benefits that are needed by the person and that price could jump to $7k per month.

If you find a place that is $6k per month, ok that more costly then the $5k per month, but the $6k includes TV cable usage... landline telephone... weekly housekeeping/linen service... plus meals in the main dining room.... use of the laundromat... activities... parking, etc.

Not really.
Many places do give prices; many do not.
Up to you to check on the pricing arrangements.

If you wish to have entities such as A Place For Mom suggest places that may match your needs/assets, they are available to contact. But do know that interest in you is lost if your assets won't manage a hefty monthly payment, and if your assets CAN manage it you may get many calls, and tire of them.

Expensive, that's mostly what you need to know.

Nope, they do not publish prices, they want you to go in for a tour. Also, the prices can fluctuate so printed materials become obsolete pretty fast and it's expensive to print and mail and they have to pay their digital person to change the pricing on their website. Mostly the prices shock people so it works against them.
