Find Care & Housing
You asked a similarvquestion last month and received answers. If sister has SS check and Mom not receiving funds for her care, then you need to report it your local SS office. If your sister is Moms guardian was Mom present for the hearing? Were family members notified? To get guardianship you need more than one doctor saying Mom is incompetent. The courts and a Judge get involved. The State oversees the guardian. She has to keep records and report how money has been spent to the state. Any money not used for Moms care is stealing and the guardian can be brought up on charges. You need to find out what court Okd guardianship and file a complaint. Or find a lawyer to help.

Teresa08; Wow ! Does that sister provide the supplies, needed for Mom and compensate you for moms rent, and gas money To Doctors appointments, food laundry soap, and all of moms meds, and I think you should be compensated for all of your caregiveing especally if your mom has money to pay for all her own care otherwise maybe every one would be better if mom lives in assisted liveing if there is 7 children all of you can go to visit to check on her then talk to a lawyer about this money situation maybe there can be some sort of trust set up so moms money only goes to moms care and moms expenses then when all is said and done in the end it'll be split evenly.Good Luck I do not know what to say...I am an only child because my only sibling died 12 years ago and my parents never had any money to speak of eaither does my aunt....
