Compensation is unlikely unless you are paid from mom's funds under a caregiving agreement. Medicare pays for very limited in home visits by RN's. Have your mother's primary care physician do a referral, but only a limited amount of visits will be paid for by Medicare. The rest you'd have to pay for by hiring private care.
