This is a global forum. None of us are elder law attorneys who have a license to operate in your state, not that we even know in which state this drama is transpiring. You need a local elder law attorney. I'm sorry that there isn't a "free" solution for you. Many come to this site seeking "free" legal advice. There is none here.

Gigi, I remember your posts.
We can't conceivably know the details of these problems, but when people describe nefarious families AND attorneys as well I always look at it a bit askance.
I hope you'll let us know how you fare in court.
Good luck.

Gigi, haven't you posted on these issues before? A few times if I remember correctly?

You write that you "hope to go to court tomorrow...". Either there's a hearing set of there isn't.

My advice would be and still is that you need to get an attorney involved and not represent yourself.
