Pain remains in lower hips while sleeping and sitting after heap ball replaced. Suggestions?

Please try the adjustable bed, or at least a soft sheepskin fur on top of the bed you have and pillows under the knees.

four x rays were taken by my orthopadic doctor but he did not find any problem he told me that ther is no flesh on the hips thats why it gives pain while sleeping and sitting due to the pressure on the hip bone my right side ball along with horizontal and vertical liver (jhon and jhon company make) is replaced.but some time ther is no pain at all i am un able to under stand why this type of pain is there .

Get a hospital bed and raise the legs for comfort. For sitting, use a lounge chair that raises your legs and tilts back for comfort.
New X-ray or CT images should help identify the problem.

can you go see an orthopedic doctor and get new x-rays of hips and back?
