A raised toilet seat and grab bars may be the answer - Do they have mobility problems and can't reach the toilet? Perhaps a bedside commode rather than trips to the bathroom - Are they having accidents? Then always wearing an incontinence product (pullup, pad or brief as needed) and making scheduled visits to the bathroom can help.
