Who has authority to bring legal actions on his behalf? We live in Georgia, and I am the sole caregiver for my 32 year old son. He was diagnosed with inoperable stage IV Colorectal cancer with bi-lateral metastasis both lungs. Long story short his wife left when he was diagnosed. He was placed in hospice around Thanksgiving. I dont even know who OSAH is, and we haven't filed any legal action. We don't have an attorney and have been repeatedly turned down for medicaid even though he was approved through compassionate allowance for SSDI in July 2017. Help please.
Since the 11th is not far off, you really need to call.
OSHA stands for Occupational Health and Safety Administration. They are part of the government who oversee safety in the workplace. They require that employees working in hazardous conditions have training to help minimize exposure. That safety precautions by the employer are carried out. Records need to be kept
I doubt that son will be required to be there under the circumstances. OSAH is on his side. Its probably an investigation concerning the employer. I doubt if he is the only one getting this notice and may not be required to attend anyway. Its just a notice that a hearing is being held.
Call the number on the paperwork and see if I am correct.
Your can search the calendar and find out if there is an agency involved.
