Yes, you need to get your partner to the doctor or ER immediately! We're not doctors and can't diagnose someone over the internet. If he refuses, call 911 and have the emergency responders talk him into going. He's probably afraid of the diagnosis, but it could be something easily treated if he gets help early enough!

Jesus Lord. Emergency Room. Who is responsible for this person? You? Get his little self to the ER immediately. Tell them what you've told us. Lordy.

Yellow eyes may indicate jaundice and thus liver issues. I'd call 911 or take him to ER right away.

This is very important to go to the doctor. If his abdomen is getting very large and hard, I would suspect a liver problem and fluid retention. I am not a doctor, so the only advice I can give is he needs a doctor yesterday.

What does the primary doctor say? If you haven't talked to the person's primary doctor, call 911 immediately and get him to the ER. Those of us here on the forums are not physicians thus we wouldn't be able to diagnose what is going on with this person :(
