Find Care & Housing
Check out the new desktop computers. Everything is on the cloud and they take less space than my 17" laptop does. They may be considered gaming monitors but, you don't need any other equipment to use them. It was all inclusive.

They are basically a big monitor with a mouse and keyboard.

We got a 26" one for 189.00 at Costco and we bought a wireless mouse and keyboard. Depending on where you will set this up, you may not require wireless as the cords are fairly long.

You know, you can get a small 24 inch smart TV for about the price of a tablet, and cheaper than a computer. Most already come with the YouTube app preloaded into the TV, and then you'll have some other options for free TV; the one we got for mom had Pluto TV and Netflix already loaded. If you have a place where you could put it down for her to watch, it would give her a bigger screen.

Thank you, newbiewife and BarbBrooklyn. Mom has a 9 inch iPad but I feel the screen is still too small. She had a 15' laptop but looks like it's dying now. I will check out the chromebook then.

Chromebooks can be bought fairly cheaply, e.g. Lenovo 14 inch is under $300 at Best Buy.

Lenovo’s seem to be sturdier than the others. They are somewhat heavier than similar sized ones. If she’s apt to move & drop it, I’d go w a Lenovo.

Would a 10 inch tablet work? You can get a Samsung Galaxy for a little more than $200.
