I'm taking care of my neighbors. Will Medicare or the VA pay me if this couple is not low income?

i live in fl and am providing caregiver services to my neighbors. will medicare or va pay me if this couple is not low income. they have the funds to pay me but they would like to complete a medicare and va claim form to have me paid

Not likely. If there are VA benefits they might qualify but it depends on needs vs. income/assests. If they have assests and a decent income they probably will not be able to receive funds. Medicare never pays for custodial care.
