My father and I co-own our house. Will selling it affect my father's Medicare?

It shouldn't affect Medicare but if you live in California and Medical is referring to MediCal (California Medicaid) it may affect things. Talk to a MediCal representative and an Elder law attorney to make sure selling the house is handled properly.
