I looked them up online and they sure do TALK a good talk!
Whether they walk it or not, I hope you can research.

We are just a bunch of caregivers from all around the country and from a few places in the world, so I would say it would be unusual for us to be using the same agency you are in a particular town.
I am uncertain what you would mean by Financial Supports?
Are you speaking of an agency that provides support while you negotiate applications and information gathering for your elder's applications in some way, or are you considering a Financial Fiduciary.

If it is a Fiduciary you need to manage an elders accounts, bills, billing and etc. I would be very careful. Often Elder Law Attorneys are available for knowing what is the best support in their own community because in the court system they work every day with people who end in court because they have no guardian and need one or no children and need help with bill management, placement management and etc. You really want to know you have a good licensed and bonded agent and so call the local Council on Aging as well.

I sure wish you good luck in verifying someone you hope to work with. It is an LLC agency so TruthFinder and like services online that you pay to access records can tell you if there are or are not any actions out there against an agency in the courts.

The Judge appointed this agency as plenary Guardian. The elderly woman was given no choice or say as to who would be guardian.
We became concerned after reading multiple reviews indicating some issues involved in her handling of personal property, etc. Unfortunately we are finding those reviews to be spot on & are very concerned that this agent may not be acting in her "charges" ( sorry not sure what to call her) best interests.
She has denied her access to precious family mementos, including the ashes of her Mother & Father which were to be turned over to a sister to finalize their final resting places.
I was just looking to see if this may be a pattern &/or a common relationship between her & the nursing home who requested Casey Ball be appointed Guardian.

Guardianship is unfortunately is sometimes a gamble of trial and error. Community guardians are often underpaid and overworked.

The lawfirm I work at the base rate we bill at is 450 per every 6 min of work and if we fo 10 min of work they bill for 12.

The owner use to be a community guardian for a local agency before he started his own practice. Pretty it was a dice roll if you got one that cared to keep the family in the loop.
