Find Care & Housing
Room and board is not usually counted as part of salary. It also causes tons of problems with the person claiming residency if they are the only one there.

I wouldn't do this.
It gets messy and it comes down to renters/tenants rights once you move someone in.
It can be difficult to move them out when/if needed.

This is an international forum. If this is an advertisement, you won't get anywhere. If you wondering how to go about this thats something different. Seems like you have rented before. I find 1500 a lot of money for a room and you expect someone to help you. Where I live you can get a nice one bedroom apartment for that.

If you are looking for a companion/aide, better check your Labor laws. Live-in caregivers get room and board as part of the deal. At least minimum wage and your responsible for payroll taxes because the IRS does not consider aids as self-employed. Andwhat happens if it does not work out? Better have a contract.
