How can I clean the teeth of a woman with late dementia? She bites.

So I used a sponge and I had a hard time pulling that sponge out. Has her own teeth. Very stuborn.

Crest has a mouthwash PROHEALTH...it seems to do a lot of stuff how about a mouthrinse instead of an entire brush job?

End stage of dementia are high risk of pneumonia due to dysphagia. She is in tick fluids. But, thank you for the advice.
