They're taking medication, my sister and brothers are there on their schedules, depending on the Holiday one the Siblings would take them to enjoy grandkids. I work sometimes 7 days a week but I make time to come over. It's really difficult to feed them because special diets, father will not put his teeth in to eat. They do not want to go anywhere they will not leave each others side. DO you have any feed back that might help, Or maybe something I should know. Thanks

Davida, I’m not exactly understanding your situation. Are you saying your siblings care for your parents during the week, and you are there on the weekends? And you help with their meals, but are having problems with your Dads eating, since he won’t wear dentures? If this is the case have you tried grinding his food? Ground texture is more palatable than finely pureeing it, but still easy enough to eat. Also providing Ensure with meals helps get more vitamins and calories if he’s not eating well. What’s the matter with the dentures? If they’re ill fitting can he get to his dentist during the week with the help of your sibling?
If this isn’t your issue, please come back with a little more clarification.

If you are able to provide more information it will help people to answer your question.

Where do parents live, at home, in a facility etc
What health issues are they facing, mental, physical?
Special Diets for what? Diabetes, HBP, Cholesterol, Low Salt etc.
Where do you want to take them?
Are meal deliveries available in your area?
Have you talked to your siblings about what needs to be done on the weekend?

Many seniors are eat a huge variety of foods without teeth. I know Dad only has a few teeth left, will not consider dentures and he eats most everything, except steak, tough veggies like Gai Lan, corn on the cob has to be cut off.
