Disability, on Medicaid, 52 years of age. Are there any services for me? Food delivery, rides?

Are you living with your mom? Or is she living in your place?

Tell us a bit more about your situation.

I’m sorry that you’re struggling with all of this.

Meals on wheels and rides to the pharmacy, grocery store, doctor appointments are available from Council on Aging.

I am a bit confused by your post. Are you asking for meals and rides for your mom or yourself?

You asked a similar question and got answers. Looks like I did not answer because I felt you got your answer.

If you are on Medicaid, they provide rides. Call your caseworker for the info. Also ask them what other things you can get. If Mom is on Medicaid ask about her too. Your Office of Aging should be able to help both you and Mom. They usually offer bussing to appts and shopping. You should have a Disabilities Dept in your County that can help u with resources.

Food delivery. Groceries can be ordered on-line and dlvd for a charge. Meals on Wheels for both u and Mom. You can have food dlvd from restaurants. My DH and I share meals like this. Saves on cost. Some restrauants have soup and dessert besides a meal. Both can be saved for lunch the next day.

See if you can get in contact with a Social Worker. If you have a PCP, he/she may set you up with one.
