See a urologist. There are many reasons, and many options dependent on diagnosis. You need expert advice on this one. Urination is one of the most complicated processes in the human body, requiring the cooperation of both voluntary and involuntary brain function. I wish you luck in tracking down the advice that might help. Meanwhile you are stuck with pullups and careful cleansing.

Start with a simple exam by mom's regular MD, and if infection is ruled out ask for consult to urologist.

Depends disposable briefs. You say mom is 71 with cancer, incontinence and mobility issues. If her doctor has been consulted about her incontinence, what other alternative would you have besides addressing it with incontinence products??

Bladder spasm medications, Botox in bladder to calm it down, catheter, and of course Depends, which you can add an extra pad in to soak up more urine.

Speak to her doctor. There are medications available for incontinence.

Till u can get her to a doctor there are pads that can be used and disposable panties. My Mom wore a pad for years and loved the pull up panties.
