Also there are caregiver companies most are more companion care companies, look up caregiving in my area on Google.

A little more info will help. How old is dad?
What is your dad's condition? Dementia? Stroke? Mobility?
Is dad a Veteran?
The VA might be able to offer a LOT of help or a little help.
You can start with your local Senior Service Center. They typically have Social Workers that might be able to help you. And they may have programs that would provide help.

If your dad is a veteran, call the Veteran’s Administration to see what kind of help they can provide.
