Women's pelvic health is a newer specialty in medicine and med tech because there are so many women suffering with this problem. My company literally just signed a contract to work with a medtech start-up to help them get their therapy for this problem FDA approved and to market. There are morer and more hopeful solutions coming available right now.

You should start by seeing if your network has someone working within this specialty and then make an appointment for an initial consultation. Therapies range from spa-based to home-based to surgery.

I cannot recommend any therapy in particular since I've not had to deal with this issue personally. My cousin had an Interstim device implanted and is pleased with the results. My client's therapy is not yet available on the market. I wish you much success.
