Julole, this is your fourth post on this subject. Did any of our previous responses help at all? This is such a common problem for anyone dealing with an incontinent person. I am wondering what worked best for you so far?

If you expect that a pull up or tab brief will contain all the fluid and fecal matter for an 8 hour time period you are not going to find one that does that.
A tab brief or a pull up should be changed at least every 2 hours. (Just like a baby wakes his or her parents to change them at night you must do that with an adult that is bladder and fecal incontinent)
If you are finding they leak because the person is rolling around in bed I have to ask...
Are they rolling around because they are soiled and uncomfortable
Are they rolling around because they "know" they have to use the bathroom

Place a disposable absorbent pad or a washable one under the person. That should catch any or most leaks.
There are rubber or plastic pants for adults that can be put over the disposable pull up or tab brief. That should also contain some of the leakage.

The best way to find companies that provide free or low cost samples is to google it, I've found three possibilities without expending very much effort
