Does your mom have Medicare or Medicaid?
Medicare HH covers skilled nursing services on intermittent basis and if the insured qualifies for the nursing service they can also get help with bathing and a bit of personal care from an aid as well as PT and OT.
Also if on Medicare HH the nurse can do things like blood work, pee tests, help manage meds, take vitals, communicate with doctors.
If it’s medicaid your mom is on she might qualify for household services.
You would need a doctors order for the services.
Private pay from an agency would be determined by what services you requested.
You can look on the Medicare website for Home Heslth Agencies in your zip code. You can call and discuss your loved ones situation and they can advise you on whether there services would be covered or not.
